Floridamar Apartment is located in a modern complex of houses and apartments and is just a 5 minute walk from the port area with its shops, bars and restaurants. This is the quieter area of Javea, but if you want more nightlife you can find it with a visit to the El Arenal area (just a 5 minute drive away). It is a safe and secure development with locked gates, ideal for a family holiday. The apartment, which sleeps 6 comfortably, is on the ground floor, with its own private south facing patio garden. There is a well kept communal garden with large pool, jacuzzi and children's pool. An indoor pool, sauna and gym are also available in the winter.
The port has character and charm with a real Spanish atmosphere. It has many great shops, restaurants and pavement cafes overlooking the sea. The pebbly beach is a great place to watch the traditional fishermen land their catches or you can sit in a pavement cafe and watch the sailing boats setting off. Just a 5 minute drive will bring you to El Arenal beach which has a long sandy blue flag beach, backed by a promenade lined with palm trees.
