Javea Villas, A lovely roomy villa with private pool and gardens.

 

Villa Bach is set in a quiet residential area of Javea. The villa has magnificent views of Montgo Mountain and the bay of Javea. It is located close to restaurants, supermarkets tennis courts and Ambolo Beach.

 

All are within a 10 to 25 minute walk. There are ample terraces, some covered, with sun loungers and seating for outside dining and relaxing.


The villa is comfortably furnished and has had some refurbishment. The property has modern conveniences including microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, central heating, DVD and TV.

The garden is screened with walls and hedges for privacy. There is a 10x5 pool and BBQ area. The garden has many fruit trees including oranges.

There is also a table tennis table in the garden.

 

To the front of the property there is ample parking. There are rocky coves and beaches close by and the main sandy Arenal beach is approximately 5 minutes drive away.

 

The port and old town of Javea are well worth a visit. There are 2 golf courses in the area and a massive theme park approximately 40 minutes away.

There is separate accommodation consisting of 5 Bedrooms (3 double & 2 twins each with 2 singles).

There are 2 bathrooms (one full and a separate w/c plus shower enclosure)

Large kitchen breakfast room with dish washer. The kitchen has patio doors leading to the pool and terrace.

The villa can be divided into 3 separate units for privacy if required - With 3 private front doors.
The villa is very private with fencing all the way round so is secure for young children.
Ideal villa for holidaying with family and friends.
Great views from the villa, you need to book early.
Furnished to a good standard, good value villa for large groups.
Last clean fee - £80. Linen Fee - £8 per person
