If you are looking for a place close to the beach, with noisy night-time revellers passing by all night, then our villa is not the right place for you. If, on the other hand, you are looking for a villa that is not on an urbanisation or big housing estate, but one with a genuinely tranquil and private setting, please read on - we think that you will appreciate the luxury of air-conditioned Finca Inca.

Features

Our HEATED POOL is not shared with anyone.  What you may have never considered is the DEPTH of a pool.  We have seen pools in which an adult at the 'shallow' end could not even touch the bottom!  Our shallow end is 2'7" (0.8m) enabling little children to keep their feet on the bottom.  The deep end is 6' 1" ( 1.86m.)
 

We enjoy what we believe to be the finest location in Javea. We have had many guests here since 1993 and have yet to have one who has disagreed with this claim. We often joke about the exaggerated claims made by some estate agents when they advertise that a property has a "sea view" .... but the only way to see it is to climb on a stool to peer out of the toilet window!

It is very rare that one can enjoy privacy and, at the same time, have extensive views. Privacy frequently means that you are fenced in by thick hedges. Here, you have uninterrupted views, without being over-looked, from the spacious «naya», the balcony of our guest suite.

Every year, 8 September is the culmination of a week of festivities with a spectacular fireworks display from the jetty lasting about 25 minutes. Many people drive up the road below us to gain a vantage point to see the display, whereas our guests may sip a glass of wine as they enjoy this pyrotechnic masterpiece from the comfort of their own «naya».

Relax by the pool ...
The view towards the south-east shows Peñon de Ifach at Calpe on the horizon. Moraira is at centre towards the Sierra Bernia mountain range.
There is a storeroom by the pool in which guests may leave suitcases; items are available for use in the pool - float, ball etc. - and additional table and chairs for pool-side use.

You can enjoy all this, and our beautiful sunsets over the Javea Mountains, from the convenience of your own balcony at Finca Inca.
