Javea Holiday Home Villa for maximum of 7 people

Holiday villa with wonderful views on the Costa Blanca, Spain, for 7 to 8 people.

Villa situated in a quiet residential area in Javea not far from the golfcourse and the beach of Javea. It has great views to the valley and the mountain 'Montgo' of Javea and offers a lot of privacy on the very large terrace and around the pool. The house has a small, but fully equipped kitchen with new appliances. On the covered terrace you can enjoy alfresco dining while taking in the beautiful summer sunsets!

Additional information about obligatory extras and optional extras:

An obligatory cost for the final cleaning has to be paid and includes laundry of bed linen, towels and kitchen towels.
In case heating costs are applicable, this will automatically be calculated when making a price calculation or upon booking.
In case air conditioning costs are applicable, this will automatically be calculated when making a price calculation, placing an option or upon booking.
An extra fee per pet will be charged when bringing your pet. (only with prior consent and for accommodations allowing pets)
Airport transfer: from and to the Alicante or Valencia airport, with a maximum of 4 people.
The use of the usb-stick-modem is not always in all rental accommodations possible (due to signal reception) for more information please contact your bookingsagent. In the rental price of the Prepaid-modem is € 10,- credit included.
The indicated rental prices include:

Change of bed linen and towels once a week (as of 2 week rentals). For rentals with monthly pricing (winter rentals) a change of bed linen and towels is possible at extra charge.
Other optional services:

Sending and receiving mail, telephone, fax and email service.
Extra bed linen and towels € 15 per person.
Extra cleaning € 15 per hour/cleaning lady.
Laundry service (prices on request).
Cooking service (on request), approximately € 35 per hour.
Babysitting service (on request) € 20 per hour.
The holiday homes are equipped for occupancy of the maximum people indicated. It is not allowed to occupy the accommodation with more people than indicated.

The standard equipment of our holiday homes include:
Interior: refrigerator, hob and oven or independent electric grill, coffee machine, toaster, (electric) water boiler, ironing board and iron, hand-held blender.
Exterior: garden furniture, sun beds (may not be available for apartments and townhouses).

During summer the fixed changeover day is Saturday.
Check-in as of 16:00 hours, Check-out before 09:30 hours.

 A damage deposit is payable upon arrival. The amount depends on the type and size of the accommodation and is indicated on the rental contract.

 All payments at the key address can be paid either in cash or by credit card. Unfortunately we do not accept cheques.
